3herosoft iPad Video Converter is a commercial video converter. It can be used to convert some video files into the formats that the iPad can play natively. This application can only output files into H.264 and MPEG-4, both of which will play fine on the iPad and other Apple devices, such as the iPhone, iPod Touch, AppleTV, iPad 2, etc.
This converter doesn't have the best graphical user interface that I have ever seen. Personally, I don't like it when converters use all these drop-down menus for the conversion settings. In the case of 3herosoft iPad Video Converter has conversion settings at the bottom of the screen, and on the top-left part of the screen. This seems a little redundant to me. Many converters give you a single drop-down menu to select the format that you want, and then let you customize the settings manually on a separate window.
Another bad thing about this converter seems to be format support. I tried to convert an MKV file and the process failed. An XviD file was converted successfully. Also, there doesn't seem to be an editor included.
